Gary Moselle has been an owner in the Village of Sunrise since 1995. Gary’s father, Merritt Moselle, was a 1988 charter member at Desert Mountain and served for many years on the Desert Mountain Design Review Committee. Gary is an active member of the California Bar and divides his time between California and Arizona. He holds a J.D. degree from the University of California School of Law, Berkeley and flew UH-1 and OH-6 aircraft for the First Air Cavalry Division in Viet Nam.Gary is concerned that pressure to give up property rights (rent restrictions) is dividing our community — pitting member against member. Inflammatory statements and scare tactics create wounds that benefit only the competition. Let’s find ways to welcome visitors, celebrate diversity and make Desert Mountain the finest golf and recreational real estate community in North America. |
